Common use of Grant Regulations; Definitions Clause in Contracts

Grant Regulations; Definitions. Section 1.01. All provisions of the Asia Pacific Disaster Response Fund Grant Regulations of ADB, dated 1 April 2009 (the “Grant Regulations”), are hereby made applicable to this Grant Agreement with the same force and effect as if they were fully set forth herein. Section 1.02. The definitions set forth in the Grant Regulations are applicable to this Grant Agreement unless the context requires otherwise. In addition, the following term has the following meaning: “Auditors” means the supreme audit institution of the Recipient, or independent auditors whose qualifications, experience and terms of reference are acceptable to ADB.
