Grant Requirements. All projects must focus on increasing physical activity for students and/or the community through the joint use of a recreational facility. The school district’s wellness committee is strongly encouraged to act as the advisory board for the joint use project, as the committee consists of district officials, community members, students and parents. All proposed partnerships must be for at least two years, with the JUA advisory board revisiting the agreement annually. Schools may partner with one or more agencies/organizations in order to fulfill project and community needs. All partners must benefit from the creation of the partnership. All partners must provide ongoing resources, personnel, and financial assistance to support and continue the joint use partnership in perpetuity.

Grant Requirements. Both parties agree that the operation and use of the Innovation Center and Technology Park is subject to certain grant requirements established by the Economic Development Authority of the United States. Both parties agree to abide by said grant requirements.

Adhere to all guidelines applicable to federal and state grant subcontractors and recipients for fiscal record keeping, reporting and auditing including, but not limited to, the following Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars where applicable:  Cost Principles for State and Local Governments, A-87  Cost Principles for Nonprofit Organizations, A-122  Institutions of Higher Education, A-21  Hospitals, (CFR Part 74, Appendix E)  For-profit (commercial) Organizations Federal  Acquisition Regulation (48 CFR Subpart 31.2) b. Provide reports, financial and audit information to the Board as requested by the Board. At a minimum, the Contractor will, no later than the seventh (7th) day of the following month, submit a monthly report to the Board showing service activity. c. Provide access to the Board, the State Examiner and the Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their duly authorized representatives’ any and all books, documents, papers and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to this Agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. d. Retain all records in any manner pertaining to this Agreement for three (3) years after the Board makes its final payment and all other pending matters are closed.
Grant Requirements. Any Related Right that relates to a Non-qualified Share Option may be granted at the same time the Option is granted or at any time thereafter but before the exercise or expiration of the Option. Any Related Right that relates to an Incentive Share Option must be granted at the same time the Incentive Share Option is granted.
Grant Requirements. (1) Grant recipients shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Trustees that the grant recipient: (i) Will use grant funds to accomplish the Trust’s Mission and Tax- Exempt Purposes; (ii) Will return any grant funds not used for such purposes to the Trust; (iii) Will not use grant funds to provide more than an incidental private benefit to any individual, provided, however, that this limitation is not intended to and shall not be construed to prohibit grantees described in Section 8(a)(3) above from making loans to individual farmers and ranchers for purposes consistent with the Trust’s Mission; (iv) Has sufficient organizational capacity to accomplish the purposes of the grant; and (v) Will make efficient use of grant funds without paying administrative overhead expenses in excess of reasonable amounts to accomplish the purposes of the grant, taking into account the amount of administrative expenses that a like organization would ordinarily pay for like expenses in like circumstances. The Trustees will consider best practices for grant making private foundations in determining what are reasonable administrative overhead expenses.

Grant Requirements. All performance of the Parties hereunder will be in compliance with the Grant Requirements. To the extent of a conflict between the terms of this Subcontract and those in the Grant Requirements, the Parties will negotiate a substitute and reasonable payment provision that reflects as nearly as possible the intent of the Parties set forth in this Subcontract.
Grant Requirements. Contractor agrees to comply with all performance and compliance requirements of the Grant attached as Exhibit B hereto that by their terms apply to subcontractors, and accepts the flow-down to Contractor of, and agrees to comply with, any and all such requirements imposed on Alamo Colleges District under the Grant that are not clearly inapplicable to the Scope of this Agreement. Contractor also agrees to be bound by and comply with all applicable requirements of the federal Office of Management and Budget (“OMB”), including, without limitation 2 CFR Part 200 and OMB Circulars numbered A-102 and A-110, and of any additional applicable statutory, regulatory, or other requirements specified in the Grant RFP or any other portion of the Grant.
