GRANT EXTENSIONS. In the event a project is not completed by December 31, 2022, the GRANTEE may submit a contract amendment request, which is subject to approval by the CITY.

GRANT EXTENSIONS. After an applicant has drawn and used a grant from the Bank, he/she shall be required to provide a new up-to-date Sick Leave Bank Request Form and an up-to-date Sick Leave Bank Physician’s Statement Form. The new application must be filed within the guidelines. Applicants must submit requests for extension of Bank Leave grants five workdays before their current grant expires. Applications for extensions of grants will not be considered unless accompanied by a new up-to-date statement from the physician.
GRANT EXTENSIONS. Applicants may submit requests for SLB grant extensions no earlier than 5 workdays before the end of the previous grant, but no later than 30 calendar days after the first date Sick Leave Bank usage extension is being requested. These applications shall be made on the approved form and shall indicate the continuity of the dates requested. Each subsequent request must be accompanied by a new signed Physician’s Statement covering that period.
GRANT EXTENSIONS. Grant recipients may request a single performance period extension if extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the recipient (backordered equipment, supply chain disruptions, vendor errors, etc.) will prevent equipment from being delivered on or before June 30, 2023. Extensions for these purposes must be submitted to DFS by email no later than June 1, 2023. Approval of extension requests is at the sole discretion of DFS.
GRANT EXTENSIONS. All requests to extend the term of agreement must be submitted in writing to the NAE Program Specialist, with a copy to the NAS Grants Officer no less than 30 days prior to the completion of the grant. The grant cannot be extended beyond May 31, 2018.

  • Contract Extensions This Contract may be extended on an annual basis beyond the Initial Term if the Local Board successfully meets the terms of the Contract for at least three or more years as determined by the State Board.

  • Time Limit Extension The above mentioned time limits may be extended in individual cases, by the written consent of both Parties to this Agreement.

  • Time Extension CONTRACTOR shall provide a time extension request on completion of Task Order for delays caused by others (Permitting Agencies, COUNTY or Contract Cities, or unforeseen conditions such as inclement weather, etc.) and at no fault by CONTRACTOR, subject to approval by COUNTY. COUNTY will review the request and determine in its sole discretion whether the situation warrant a time extension at no-cost or with costs. If CONTRACTOR completes the Task Order beyond the stipulated completion date without COUNTY’s specific written approval for time extension, CONTRACTOR will be subject to liquidated damages and may be construed as non-responsive, which may affect CONTRACTOR for considerations for future Task Orders or projects.

  • Term of Contract; Contract Extension The Contract will be in effect from the Effective Date (15 December 2016) through 31 December 2018. DAS, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original term.
