Grant subject to obligation. 3.4.1 It is clarified that the rights granted under this Article 3 to the Facility Manager are subject to the conditions attached to exercise of such rights and performance of its obligations as set out in the SFM Agreement and other documents executed pursuant to the SFM Agreement.
