Grant subject to obligation. 3.2.1 It is clarified that the rights granted in respect of the Project under this Article 3 to the Concessionaire are subject to the conditions attached to exercise of such rights and performance of its obligations as set out in the Agreement and other documents executed pursuant to the Agreement.
