Common use of Grant Terms Clause in Contracts

Grant Terms. The funding for this agreement is provided in full or in part by a Federal or State grant to the City. As part of the terms of receiving the funds, the City is required to incorporate some of the terms into this Agreement and include certain reporting requirements. The incorporated terms and requirements may be found in Appendix (or Appendices) D and E. By executing this Agreement, Grantee certifies that Grantee is not suspended, debarred or otherwise excluded from participation in state or federal assistance programs. Grantee acknowledges that this certification of eligibility to receive state or federal funds is a material term of the Agreement.
