Common use of Grant to Mortgagee Clause in Contracts

Grant to Mortgagee. As security for the Secured Obligations, Mortgagor hereby gives, grants, bargains, sells, conveys, mortgages, assigns, confirms and warrants unto Mortgagee the entire right, title, interest and estate of Mortgagor in and to the Property, whether now owned or hereafter acquired; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the rights, hereditaments, and appurtenances in anywise appertaining or belonging thereto, unto Mortgagee and Mortgagee’s successors, substitutes and assigns forever, to its and their own proper use and behoof.
