Grantee Acceptance; Counterparts. The Grantee shall signify the Grantee’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by signing in the space provided below and returning a signed copy hereof to the Company at the address set forth in Section 13 above. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. The parties hereto agree to execute such further instruments and to take such further action as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes and intent of this Agreement.
