Common use of Grantee Bound by the Plan Clause in Contracts

Grantee Bound by the Plan. The Grantee hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions thereof. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Plan and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of the Plan will govern. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement that are not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings attributed to such terms in the Plan. In the event of a separation of service as a result of the death or disability of the Grantee, the payment in respect of the DSUs held by the Grantee shall be made to the Grantee’s estate or legal representatives, as applicable.
