Common use of GRANTEE COST SHARE Clause in Contracts

GRANTEE COST SHARE. The Grantee is required to provide a Local Cost Share (non-State funds) of not less than 50 percent of the Total Project Cost. The cost share requirement for projects benefiting a Severely Disadvantaged Community (SDAC), Disadvantaged Community (DAC), or an Economically Distressed Areas (EDA) may be waived or reduced. The Grantee agrees to provide a Local Cost Share (non-State funds) for the amount as documented in Exhibit B (Budget). Local Cost Share may include Eligible Project Costs directly related to Exhibit A incurred after January 1, 2015.
