Grantee Not Obligated for the Eligible Family’s Rent. The Grantee has not assumed any obligation for the amount of rent payable by any Eligible Family or the satisfaction of any claim by the Owner against any Eligible Family other than in accordance with section 2.4 of this Contract. The financial obligation of the Grantees is limited to making Project Rental Assistance Payments on behalf of Eligible Families in accordance with this Contract.
