Common use of GRANTEE'S OPERATIONS Clause in Contracts

GRANTEE'S OPERATIONS. 7.1 Grantee shall notify Grantor's Roadmaster, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, at 000 X. 0xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, telephone (000) 000-0000, at least ten (10) business days prior to initially entering the Premises for the installation of the Facility and prior to entering the Premises for any subsequent maintenance thereon. After completion of use of the Premises for the Permitted Uses, Grantee shall notify Grantor in writing that such use has been completed.
