Common use of Granting of Leasehold Estate Clause in Contracts

Granting of Leasehold Estate. The City hereby exclusively rents, leases and lets the Project to the Company, and the Company hereby rents, leases and hires the Project from the City, subject to Permitted Encumbrances existing as of the date of the execution and delivery hereof, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.

Granting of Leasehold Estate. The City Developer hereby exclusively rents, leases and lets the Project to the CompanyCity, and the Company City hereby rents, leases and hires the Project from the CityDeveloper, subject to Permitted Encumbrances existing as of the date of the execution and delivery hereof, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.

The Company grants the City an easement of, on and over the Project Site for the purpose of completing the Project and to own the Project located on the Project Site for the term of this Lease, subject to the terms of this Lease.

The City and Company agree and acknowledge that title to the Project is subject to the lien granted to the Lender by Company prior to its conveyance of the Project Site to the City in connection with the Project.
