Common use of Granting of Leasehold Estate Clause in Contracts

Granting of Leasehold Estate. The Issuer hereby rents, leases and lets the Project to the Company, subject to Permitted Encumbrances, and the Company hereby rents, leases and hires the Project from the Issuer, subject to Permitted Encumbrances, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained.
