Common use of Granting of Leasehold Clause in Contracts

Granting of Leasehold. The Issuer by these presents hereby rents, leases and lets unto the Company its leasehold interest in the Project and the Company hereby rents, leases and hires from the Issuer, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Issuer’s leasehold interest in the Project for the Basic Term.

Granting of Leasehold. The Issuer by these presents hereby rents, leases and lets the Project unto the Company its leasehold interest in the Project Tenant and the Company Tenant hereby rents, leases and hires the Project for the Term from the Issuer, for the rentals and upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Issuer’s leasehold interest in the Project for the Basic Term.
