Common use of Grantor Trust Termination Clause in Contracts

Grantor Trust Termination. The Class 1-A1A Grantor Trust, Class 1-A1B Grantor Trust, Class 3-A1 Grantor Trust, Class 3-A2 Grantor Trust and Class 3-A3 Grantor Trust will each terminate on the earlier of the date on which the Class Principal Amount of the related Grantor Trust Certificate is reduced to zero and the termination of this Agreement.

Grantor Trust Termination. The Class 1-A1A Grantor TrustA1B, Class 1-A1B Grantor TrustA2A, Class 3-A1 Grantor TrustA3, Class 3-A2 Grantor Trust A4 and Class 3-A3 A5 Grantor Trust will each terminate on the earlier of the date on which the Class Principal Amount of the related Grantor Trust Certificate is reduced to zero and the termination of this Agreement.

Grantor Trust Termination. The Class 1-A1A Grantor Trust, Class 1-A1B Grantor Trust, Class 34-A1 Grantor Trust, Class 34-A2 A2A Grantor Trust, Class 4-A2B Grantor Trust and Class 34-A3 A3B Grantor Trust each will each terminate on the earlier of the date on which the Class Principal Amount of the related Grantor Trust Certificate is reduced to zero and the termination of this Agreement.

The Class 1-A1A A2A2 Grantor Trust, Trust and the Class 1-A1B Grantor Trust, Class 3-A1 Grantor Trust, Class 3-A2 A3A2 Grantor Trust and Class 3-A3 Grantor Trust each will each terminate on the earlier of the date on which the Class Principal Amount of the related Grantor Trust Certificate is reduced to zero and the termination of this Agreement.

The Class 1-A1A Grantor Trust, Class 1-A1B Grantor Trust, the Class 31-A2A2 Grantor Trust, the Class 1-A3A2 Grantor Trust, the Class 1-A3B Grantor Trust, the Class 2-A1 Grantor Trust, Trust and the Class 32-A2 Grantor Trust and Class 3-A3 Grantor Trust each will each terminate on the earlier of the date on which the Class Principal Amount of the related Grantor Trust Certificate is reduced to zero and the termination of this Agreement.
