Grantor Trustee's Fees. The Grantor Trustee shall be entitled to be paid the Grantor Trustee Fee pursuant to Section 5.01(c) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Grantor Trustee will be responsible for all expenses it incurs in respect of any of its duties or obligations hereunder and will not be entitled to any additional amounts. The Grantor Trustee acknowledges and agrees that the Grantor Trustee Fee constitutes reasonable compensation for its activities as Grantor Trustee hereunder.
