Common use of Grantor's Approval of Third Party Work Clause in Contracts

Grantor's Approval of Third Party Work. Prior to Grantee engaging the services of a Third Party to commence work to install, remove, reconfigure or maintain the Cable in any section or part of the Route Segments, the Grantee will obtain Grantor's prior written consent of any Third Party chosen to perform such work, and the date when such work is scheduled to commence, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
