Common use of Grantor’s Duties Clause in Contracts

Grantor’s Duties. Grantor shall undertake all reasonable actions to prevent the unlawful entry and trespass by persons whose activities may degrade or harm the Conservation Values of the Easement Property or that are otherwise inconsistent with this Conservation Easement. In addition, Grantor shall undertake all necessary actions to perfect and defend Grantee’s rights under Section 2 of this Conservation Easement, and to observe and carry out the obligations of Grantor under the Permit[s] and the Management Plan.

Grantor’s Duties. Grantor shall undertake all reasonable actions to prevent the unlawful entry and trespass by persons whose activities may degrade or harm the Conservation Values of the Easement Property or that are otherwise inconsistent with this Conservation EasementProperty. In addition, Grantor shall undertake all necessary actions to perfect and defend Grantee’s protect the rights of Grantee under Section 2 4 of this Conservation Easement, and to observe and carry out the obligations of Grantor under the Permit[s] and the Management Plan.

The Grantor is responsible for all management and to observe and carry out monitoring as described in the obligations of Grantor under the Permit[s] and the Management Plan.

Grantor’s Duties. Subject to Sections 5 and 12 below, Grantor shall undertake all reasonable actions to prevent the unlawful entry and trespass by persons whose activities may degrade or harm the Conservation Values of the Easement Property or that are otherwise inconsistent with this Conservation EasementArea. In addition, Grantor shall undertake all further actions necessary actions to perfect the rights of Grantee and defend Grantee’s rights CDFW under Section 2 of this Conservation Easement, and to observe and carry out the obligations of Grantor under the Permit[s] and the Management Plan.
