Common use of Grantor’s Duties Clause in Contracts

Grantor’s Duties. Grantor shall undertake all reasonable actions to prevent the unlawful entry and trespass by persons whose activities may degrade or harm the Conservation Values of the Property. In addition, Grantor shall undertake all necessary actions to perfect the rights of Grantee and CDFW under Section 2 of this Conservation Easement.

Grantor’s Duties. Grantor shall undertake all reasonable actions to prevent the unlawful entry and trespass by persons whose activities may degrade or harm the Conservation Values of the Easement Property. In addition, Grantor shall undertake all necessary actions to perfect protect the rights of Grantee and CDFW under Section 2 4 of this Conservation Easement.
