Common use of Grantors’ Locations Clause in Contracts

Grantors’ Locations. Schedule 6.01 sets forth such Grantor’s place of business or (if it has more than one place of business) its chief executive office, as well as its mailing address if different. Such Grantor’s place of business or (if it has more than one place of business) its chief executive office (if such Grantor is an organization) is located in a jurisdiction that has adopted the UCC or whose laws generally require that information concerning the existence of nonpossessory security interests be made generally available in a filing, recording or registration system as a condition or result of the security interest obtaining priority over the rights of a lien creditor with respect to the Collateral.
