Common use of Grantors’ Organizational Numbers Clause in Contracts

Grantors’ Organizational Numbers. Without providing at least twenty (20) days’ prior written notice to the Agent, such Grantor shall not change its organizational identification number if it has one. If such Grantor does not have an organizational identification number and later obtains one, such Grantor shall forthwith notify the Agent of such organizational identification number promptly upon obtaining such identification number.

Without providing at least twenty thirty (2030) days’ prior written notice to the Agent, such Grantor shall not change its organizational identification number if it has one. If such Grantor does not have an organizational identification number and later obtains one, such Grantor shall forthwith notify the Agent of such organizational identification number promptly promptly, but in any case, within three (3) business days, upon obtaining such identification number.
