Common use of Grantor's Reimbursement Obligation Clause in Contracts

Grantor's Reimbursement Obligation. The expenses of the Senior Collateral Agent and any other Senior Secured Party, as applicable, reasonably incurred in connection with actions undertaken as provided in this Section 8, together with interest thereon at a rate per annum equal to the Default Rate, from the date payment is demanded by the Senior Collateral Agent to the date reimbursed by such Grantor, shall be payable by the Borrower to the Senior Collateral Agent on demand.
