Common use of Grantor's Reimbursement Obligation Clause in Contracts

Grantor's Reimbursement Obligation. The expenses of the Administrative Agent reasonably incurred in connection with actions undertaken as provided in this Section 8, together with interest thereon at a rate per annum equal to the default rate of interest set forth in Section 2.8(c) of the Liquidity Facility, from the date payment is demanded by the Administrative Agent to the date reimbursed by such Grantor, shall be payable by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent on demand.

Grantor's Reimbursement Obligation.
