Grants and Environmental Credits. Any grants from any Governmental Authority, crown corporation or non-governmental authority that may be derived from a reduction in costs for consumption of heat and hot water by the Buildings and all right, title and interest in the potential or actual commercial value of any Environmental Credit that may arise or accrue by virtue of the installation or operation of the Infrastructure (or any portion) or the NDES will be used in accordance with the Infrastructure Agreement to reduce rates for NDES Customers.
