Common use of Grants from BioMarin Clause in Contracts

Grants from BioMarin. Except as otherwise expressly provided -------------------- herein, BioMarin hereby grants to BioMarin/Genzyme LLC a worldwide, exclusive, royalty-free right and license during the term of this Agreement under the BioMarin Patent Rights, BioMarin Technology, BioMarin/Genzyme Patent Rights and the BioMarin/Genzyme Technology and Manufacturing Know-How Controlled by BioMarin to develop, make, have made, use, offer for sale, sell, have sold, import and export Collaboration Products for use in the Field and in the Territory.
