Grants Manual. The School Covid-19 Grant Account shall be opened in a commercial bank acceptable to the Bank, upon terms and conditions satisfactory to the Bank, including inter alia a waiver of any rights said commercial bank or any third party may have to set off, or claim or otherwise appropriate the payment of, any amount from time to time deposited in the School Covid-19 Grant Account in satisfaction of any debt or claim owed to said commercial bank or third party by the Intermediary Support Provider; and (B) ensure that all amounts deposited from time to time in the School Covid-19 Grant Account are used exclusively to provide School Covid-19 Grants to Selected Public Primary Schools in accordance with the detailed provisions, procedures, sequencing and timing in relation thereto as set forth in the School Covid-19 Grants Manual;

Grants Manual. The Contractor must manage the Grants Under Contract (GUC) component of the Activity in compliance with ADS 302 and ADS 303 and all other relevant rules and regulations. The Contractor must develop a Manual that describes the process, in which the organization plans to manage the grants awarded under this contract, including a proposed distribution of the grants over the life of the award that aligns with the activities of the program, as well as grant templates. The COR will be closely involved in this process with the contractor and will provide input, review drafts, etc. A finalized version of the completed Manual, must be submitted to and approved by the COR before the Contractor is permitted to award the first grant.

For the purposes of implementing Part 2.1(iii) of the Project, the Recipient shall prepare and adopt a manual (“Grants Manual”), in form and substance acceptable to the Association, setting forth governance model and procedures for selecting, appraising, and approving grants to digital entrepreneurs, startups, and MSMEs, which shall describe the guiding principles and acceptable procedures for the mechanism, including inter alia: (a) the selection, prioritization and eligibility criteria and terms and conditions and procedures for preparation, approval and monitoring and evaluation of grants; (b) procedures for the award of grants;
