Grants of Incentive Awards. Subject to the express provisions of this Plan, the Administrator may from time to time in its discretion select from the class of Eligible Persons those individuals to whom Incentive Awards may be granted pursuant to its authority as set forth in Section 1.04(b). Each Incentive Award shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and such other terms and conditions established by the Administrator as are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Plan.
