Grants or Options Clause Samples
The "Grants or Options" clause defines the terms under which a party may be granted rights to acquire shares or other equity interests in a company, typically through stock options or similar instruments. This clause outlines eligibility, vesting schedules, exercise price, and any conditions or restrictions on the grant or exercise of options. By clearly specifying how and when such rights can be exercised, the clause ensures both parties understand the mechanisms for potential future ownership, thereby preventing disputes and aligning incentives.
