Common use of Grants, Rights and Remedies Clause in Contracts

Grants, Rights and Remedies. The Liens and security interests granted pursuant to Section 3.01(a) hereof and administrative priority granted pursuant to Section 3.02 hereof are independently granted by the Loan Documents and by other Loan Documents hereafter entered into. This Agreement, the Final Bankruptcy Court Order and such other Loan Documents supplement each other, and the grants, priorities, rights and remedies of the Agent and the Lenders hereunder and thereunder are cumulative.
