Common use of Grants Clause in Contracts

Both Parties shall cooperate and assist each other toward procuring grants or financial assistance from the United States, the State of Washington, and private benefactors for the Jail, the care and rehabilitation of Inmates, and the reduction of costs of operating and maintaining Jail facilities.
