GRDF Governing Board. The Investment Manager will report to an independent GRDF governing board (“GRDF Governing Board”)comprised of individuals with financial and development experience acceptable to MCC and MCA- Georgia. MCC will be entitled to appoint one additional member of, or a non-voting observer on, the GRDF Governing Board. MCA-Georgia will also be entitled to appoint a non-voting observer on the GRDF Governing Board.
