A centralized green space of scale should be placed mostly at the center of the dormitory area, with attention to its relation with the internal small service facilities. The employee activity centers should be placed in between. Since the dormitory has Hi-Tech Road – an arterial road of the city close to its south, efforts should be made to reduce the disturbance from the road pollutants and provide a tidy, uniform, beautiful and graceful interface to the city.
