Green Loan Structuring Agent. Borrower hereby appoints ING Capital LLC to act as the Green Loan Structuring Agent, and the Lenders hereby acknowledge such appointment. The Green Loan Structuring Agent, acting in such capacity, shall have the duties customarily performed by such agents, provided that the Green Loan Structuring Agent shall not have any liabilities under this Agreement or otherwise in relation to the Eligible Green Projects.
