Grievance Procedure and Timeline. Any grievance must be initiated, in writing, within thirty (30) days after the grievant knew or should have known of the existence of a grievance. If the grievant is not satisfied after ten (10) days have passed since the informal meeting, notify the association to proceed to Level 2. If the grievant is not satisfied after fifteen (15) days have passed since the Superintendent was notified, notify the Association to proceed to Level 3. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision of the Board, the grievant has ten (10) days to notify the Association to proceed to Level 4.
