Grill. There is a grill provided for each cottage. It is your responsibility to clean it & provide fuel to grill with. Grilling on the deck or porch is a fire hazard and is not allowed at any time. Fireworks: All fireworks are illegal at the Outer Banks. Noise Ordinance law: There is a Noise Ordinance law in effect after 10:00 pm daily. Excessive noise that bothers citizens at any time may incur a fine from the Town of Nags Head. Smoking or burning incense is not allowed inside any of the cottages. You will incur an extra fee if this rule is ignored. Locking yourself out. There is a $50 fee if we have to come back after 4:00 p.m. to let you in. *For your convenience, there is a lock box at every house that you can use to store your key in. Please ask us for the combination code. Check Out Requirements
Grill. Standard quality of Grill shall be fixed at Balcony/ Verandah up to 3'-0" height only.
Grill. A charcoal grill is provided. Use grill away from the wooden cabin and deck to avoid fire dangers. Grill should be covered and vents closed after use to extinguish the fire. Grill should be cleaned out after each use. Charcoal is not provided. Please bring your own.
Grill. Grill is NOT to be moved from original location. It is a fire hazard if it is close to the Vinyl Siding. Please make sure you turn off the gas tank after you are done cooking. When you are renting the property and using the grill, you are agreeing to the rules stated and will take full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.
Grill. Please make sure the gas grill is turned off after use (turn off the gas). Please scrape and clean the grill, and cover the grill after it has cooled.

Grill. Please keep at least 10 feet away from house. Please clean after each use. A 2nd Propane is located under the deck, please let us know if 1st propane tank needs refilled.
Grill. All window grill and verandah grill will be made 2.5' feet of M.S. bars or Xxxxx as per architect approved designed.
Grill. Windows at Kitchen and the side of the verandah shall be of sliding type. At Verandah if possible French Window to be done as per Architect (Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxx’s discretion).
Grill. You may rent our propane grill for your event at $80 for first use and $25 for additional use during the retreat. Includes propane and clean-up. Initial here if you would like to rent the grill.____________
