Gross Misconduct or Resignation. If the Executive’s employment by the Company and the Period of Employment are terminated pursuant to Section 3.3 or 3.5, the Company shall have no further obligation to make or provide to the Executive, and the Executive shall have no further right to receive or obtain from the Company, any payments or benefits except for payment to the Executive of the Accrued Obligations.
