Common use of Gross Rings Clause in Contracts

Gross Rings. In the event that Merchant and Agent agree under the terms of the Asset Agreement that the Sale may commence in any particular Store prior to the completion of the Inventory Count at such Store, then for the period from the Start Date for such Store, until the Inventory Count is taken in such Store, Agent and Merchant shall jointly keep a strict count of gross register receipts less applicable sales tax ("Gross Rings") and cash reports of sales within such Store.
