Common use of Ground Lease Assignable Clause in Contracts

Ground Lease Assignable. Borrower’s interest in the Ground Lease is assignable to Lender upon notice to, but without the consent of, the ground lessor. The Ground Lease does not prohibit Lender from further assigning the Ground Lease to a third party in connection with any transfer of the Loan without the consent of the ground lessor.
