GROUND MATERIAL. The Developer shall ensure that adequate and suitable ground material shall exist in the areas of utility improvements and shall guarantee the removal, replacement or repair of substandard or unstable material through the warranty period. The cost of said removal, replacement or repair is the responsibility of the Developer.
