Ground Transport Sample Clauses
Ground Transport. 3.2.1 Where requested by the Company, Ground Transportation prices and details of the transport vehicle to be used for the Tour shall be submitted to Company for approval. Once approved by the Company alternative transport may only be supplied with the prior approval of the Company.
3.2.2 Where providing Ground Transportation to the Company, the Supplier shall comply with the minimum operating standards as detailed at Schedule 1.
Ground Transport. If Artist is flying to the show, Purchaser is responsible for local ground transportation for the band and equipment.
Ground Transport a. If this is a fly date, Purchaser will provide ground transportation between airport, hotel and venue. Any exceptions must be cleared with Artist in advance of execution of Contract.
b. For multi-day residencies involving several different venue locations, Purchaser will provide Artist with an escort to each venue.
Ground Transport. Vehicle(s) must be available to transport Aion Productions(s) and luggage from airport to hotel, hotel to place of performance, to hotel at conclusion of performance and to airport in time for Aion Productions’ departure, INCLUDING BETWEEN HOTEL AND PERFORMANCE SITE DURING THE PERIOD OF ARRIVAL THROUGH PRODUCTION.
Ground Transport. Where required by Company as a key component of the experience, Ground Transportation to the Company, the Supplier shall comply with services operated and provided in good faith and in accordance with standards consistent with best practices in the tours and activities industry. In the event this service uses a subcontractor, Supplier will be responsible and liable for Subcontractor’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
