Common use of Grounds and Buildings Clause in Contracts

Grounds and Buildings. The Golf Pro agrees that he will conduct the concessions in a clean and creditable manner. He/she shall cooperate with City employees to keep the premises (which shall be understood to include the area used by the Golf Pro, corridors and hallways adjacent thereto) and the area adjacent to the buildings, up to 25 yards, in a tidy and presentable condition at all times; and the Golf Pro shall be responsible for all cleaning of the clubhouse buildings, including flooring, walls, fixtures, and windows on an as needed basis. The Golf Pro will use his best efforts to prohibit any unlawful or disorderly conduct on the premises, and he will assist the City in the enforcement of all of the rules and regulations of City Building Inspection, Fire, and Health Departments. In addition, the City shall provide and maintain an alarm system for the clubhouse building.
