If you notice areas in need of attention, please let the Village administration office know. Please help in keeping the Village free of litter. Residents must not remove, damage, cut or break any foliage off plants or trees.

Grounds and Gardens. In the event that the subjects have a private or allotted garden and to the extent that this is not maintained by Property Managers the Tenant undertakes to maintain the garden in a neat tidy and weed-free condition and to keep any lawn and xxxxxx properly and regularly cut. The tenant must not lop, cut down or remove or otherwise injure any trees shrubs or plants growing upon the accommodation nor alter the general character of the garden with exception of pruning, etc. The Tenant agrees to cultivate the garden in a reasonable manner throughout the tenancy according to the season of the year. Where the Tenant fails to maintain the garden in a reasonable manner and the Landlord incurs cost in bringing the garden up to a reasonable standard at the termination of the tenancy, the Tenant will be liable for said costs which may be deducted from the tenant’s deposit.
