Grounds and Procedures for Academy Termination of Contract. At anytime and for any reason, the Academy Board may terminate this Contract. The Academy Board shall notify the CSO Director in writing of the request for the termination of the Contract not less than six (6) calendar months in advance of the effective date of termination. The University Board, in its sole discretion, may waive the six (6) month requirement. A copy of the Academy Board’s resolution approving the Contract termination, including a summary of the reasons for terminating the Contract, shall be included with the written termination request.
