Grounds for Termination by College. The College shall have the right at its option (and in addition to other available remedies) to terminate this Agreement and revoke the Student’s right to occupy their Room at any time after written notice to the Student (the “Notice of Termination”), and/or to terminate or to suspend any of the rights and privileges of the Student under this Agreement, for any of the following reasons:
