Grounds to refuse Other Entitlement Bilateral. Trade (a) where permitted by the National Gas Rules or otherwise by law: or (b) if: (i) User is in breach of this Agreement; or (ii) User is an externally-administered body corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act) or under a similar form of administration under the laws of some other jurisdiction; or (iii) the OE Valid Trading Party is in breach of its agreement with Service Provider under which it would use the quantity of the Other Entitlement proposed to be acquired under the Other Entitlement Bilateral Trade.
