Group Agreements. On behalf of Group, as its attorney-in-fact, and subject to applicable state and federal law and the continuing supervision of the Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall review, evaluate, negotiate and enter into on Group's behalf, Payor Contracts, Employment Agreements and Provider Subcontracts and any other contracts or agreements regarding the provision of dental related items or services by Group or Providers.
