Common use of GROUP CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

GROUP CLAUSE. Due to the fact that you are a musical "group", your obligations under the terms of this agreement shall be joint and several among the members of this group, and all references to you shall include all members of the group jointly and each member of the group individually, unless otherwise specifically provided herein. In the event any member currently comprising the group shall cease to perform as a member of the group, the following shall apply:
