Common use of Group Expenses Clause in Contracts

Group Expenses. Payment of those expenses related to the operation of Group which are designated on EXHIBIT 2.15 hereto ("Group Expenses") shall be the sole responsibility of Group. To the extent that Manager pays or incurs any Group Expenses, Group authorizes Manager to promptly reimburse Manager from funds in the Account as soon as such funds become available.
