Common use of Group I Administrator Clause in Contracts

Group I Administrator. The Group I Administrator represents and warrants to each Conduit Investor and each Committed Note Purchaser that each representation and warranty made by it in each Series 2014-A Related Document, is true and correct in all material respects as of the date hereof (unless stated to relate solely to an earlier date, in which case such representations and warranties shall be true and correct as of such earlier date).
